Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account: your name and phone number are erased and this cannot be undone. Your trips are retained without any personal data (linked only to an anonymous install id) so road data stays accurate for everyone.

Fastest: inside the app

1. Open Meshwarak → Settings (the menu button at the top).
2. Tap Your account.
3. Tap Delete my account → Erase everything.

Erased immediately from the server and from the phone.

If you can no longer open the app

Send us the phone number you registered with through the contact form or at info@meshwarak.com, subject "Delete account". We erase it within 7 days and confirm back to you.
